G.B Cleaning provides Nationwide external school cleaning for ongoing maintenance and one-off deep and soft cleans to prevent damage, leaks and costly repairs to create a cleaner, safer, structurally sound environment for the community.
As well as undertaking a wide variety of contracts across the country, we’ve worked closely with the Enrich Learning Trust, a team building a collaborative family of schools, with a strong drive to challenge, develop and innovate. Our trusted relationship with them has provided us with the opportunity to be the outdoor cleaning specialists of choice for a large project cleaning roofs, solar panels and gutters across their portfolio.
After a full school clean from us, you can benefit from long-lasting results with window maintenance required twice a year, solar panels yearly and roof cleaning every 3-5 years. A small cost to prevent larger costs.

Roof Cleaning
A neglected roof can be a huge contributor to damage and costly repairs.
In order to protect your school building from damage, leaks, and structural weakening, you need to ensure it’s maintained with professional roof cleaning. Our innovative soft clean removes moss, algae, lichens, dirt and grime, leaving it in a healthier, aesthetically pleasing state.
While some situations a deep clean may be required, it's mostly our non-invasive cost effective soft clean you’ll require that boasts the best long term results. It’s for any type of roof from, flat, metal, tiled and rubber will be cleared of moss and a chemical will be applied that will kill any remaining moss, algae and lichen which prohibits further regrowth for up to 2 years.
For complete peace of mind, we offer a roof survey for your school, this is a visual inspection and report on the condition of the roof covering the main property and any other outbuildings. It allows us to see where it requires immediate attention and assess for any potential damage.
After the survey, you can choose one off service or a 3-5 year moss maintenance service to ensure upkeep to the roof's integrity.

Solar Panel Cleaning
If your school building is equipped with solar paneling it’s important to know rainwater is not a sufficient cleaner; it leaves debris and accumulates grime once evaporated.
